FUNDED BY WASTESORTED SCHOOLS .... Early Years educators in all Perth areas but particularly in EMRC region, come join us at Nido Early School, Aveley, to learn NEW strategies, activities and ideas through this fun, interactive workshop:
• Meet the EMRC Waste Team and learn what happens to waste and how they can support you to reduce it;
• Learn about the problems of waste with a focus on Early Years Settings;
• Explore links to the NEW Sustainability Priority of the EYLF, the NQS and WA Curriculum;
• Hear what others are doing to reduce waste in early childhood services in your region AND
• Take away NEW ideas and activities you can run with children to help them learn about waste and close the loop on organic waste.
Participants will also receive the UPDATED Little Green Steps WA early childhood waste reduction kit.
